Meet the 'A' Team.
Simpsons have a group of first-class sales advisors who are renown in the motor caravan industry.
Andrew Aldis, Managing Director
Often seen with his shirt sleeves rolled up and working alongside service technicians, Andrew is very much a 'hands on' leader of the 'A' Team.
He has over 30 years' experience in the automotive industry and joined Simpsons Motor Group as a young, sixteen year old apprentice.
If you need advice, or guidance on a motorhome issue, Andrew is here to help.
Belinda Crick
Belinda has many years' experience in the Motor Caravan Centre and was recently appointed to the Simpsons Motor Group's Main Board of Directors. Her jovial disposition is known by hundreds of happy motor caravan customers.
She currently manages the Motor Caravan Division, together with our Group Managing Director, Andrew Aldis.
Sadly, Belinda lost her father and the original Simpsons Group founder Chairman, Simon Woodgreaves, in December, 2007.
"Dad was a such an inspiration to us all," Belinda said, "and it's through his foresight and vision that Andrew and I now have a chance to develop the Motor Caravan Centre into market leader on the east side of the country."
Brinley Crick
Everyone knows Brinley: he's the 'gentle giant' of the motor caravan industry. Be sure to tell him everything as Brinley is extremely knowledgeable about the refined configurations of individual converter's motorhomes.
Steve Sewell
Steve's young looking face is a little deceiving: who would believe he has 20 years' experience in the motor caravan industry?
It's a credit to Steve's unassuming way with customers, that they always return to seek his advice on their next motorhome investment.
Greg Samson
He's young, enthusiastic and knows his way around any manufacturer's motorhome design layout.
Greg is extremely popular with customers and a welcome advisor when it comes to vehicle hand-overs.
(Shame he's an Ipswich Town supporter).
Michelle Wing
Recently promoted to Motorhome Parts and Accessories advisor, Michelle has been auditing the whole range of Accessories we stock to offer better value-for-money deals to motor caravanners across the country.
"I have seen a substantial upturn in online orders received from customers, especially for bikes, TV's and awnings," Michelle told us.
"We are constantly looking for innovative products to improve a motor caravan owner's lifestyle," she added. "Owners should regularly return to our website to see all the bargains on offer and take advantage of our website prices."
Rebecca Saunders
Strengthening our Client Services Support Team, Rebecca Saunders is a welcome addition to this busy section of Simpsons Motor Caravan Centre in Great Yarmouth.
Rebecca will be responsible for all administrative work surrounding pre-owned vehicle stock control on our busy website, as well as undertaking numerous customer liaison tasks aligned to the sales of both new and pre-owned motorhomes.
She is the driving force behind ensuring when your vehicle is ready for collection all the paper work, tax and vehicle registration documents are up to speed for the new owners.
With a string of ‘A levels’ on her impressive CV, we know Rebecca can be trusted to keep meticulous control of these important customer service tasks.
Andy Clarke
Andy is our PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and repair expert. He ensures everything is in full working order before you take delivery of a vehicle.
Andy will also assist with vehicle hand-overs, so that you are fully aware of all operational systems, including water and gas supplies, toilet system, electrics, hook-ups, cab instrumentation panels and safety checks.
Jay Butcher
Another friendly face and cheery sales advisor: Jay has been working part-time (and full-time) with Simpsons Motor Caravan Centre since 1996.
You will often find Jay working on site at weekends: she will always be quick to organise the coffee and biscuits for any customer wanting to talk specifications and finance.
John Beckham
John is another of our invaluable back-up technicians who knows everthing about a motorhome's functionality and its operational systems like water, electric and gas.
