  1. Making A Purchase
    It's easy to make a purchase. Follow these steps:

    1) Locate a product; you can use the search facility by typing in specific product keywords e.g. wheel clamp. You can click on a product or section link, or use the Site Map to take you directly to the corresponding shop page.
    2) Click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart.
    3) After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

    We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, and Switch credit card payments.

    We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged for until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via telephone 0845 20 10 670, fax 01493 657447, postage or online.
  2. Shipping And Handling
    Standard delivery, for UK deliveries only, is charged at £2.95 for order values under £10, £3.95 for order values between £10.01 and £30, £8.50 for order values between £30.01 and £50, £15 for order values over £50.01. EU deliveries and large heavy items e.g. awnings may have higher delivery charges please contact us for information.
  3. Delivery Schedule
    You should receive your order within 7-10 working days. International orders are generally received in less than 14 days. If there is a problem we will contact you immediately. Please contact us with any queries or problems you may have.
  4. Back Orders
    If your item is not in stock, we will back order it. We will then contact you, advising the position, best estimate for delivery, and requesting confirmation of order or further instructions/changes.
  5. Credit Card Security
    All credit card numbers entered online are protected by 'SSL' (look to the bottom right of your screen for the padlock on the payment screen). They are not stored or held in clear text on any web site for your ultimate protection. Payment details are only available to employees of Simpsons Motor Caravan Centre.

    We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with full manufacturer warranties. Please ensure warranties are validated by completing any appropriate documents provided and registering them with the manufacturers as instructed.
